Town of Radisson announces additions to the team with Prairie Rising Municipal Consulting
Radisson, Saskatchewan — March 26, 2026 — The Town of Radisson is pleased to announce that it has engaged Prairie Rising Municipal Consulting to provide Administrative and Governance support to Town Council and to Assistant Administrator Bernice Baker.
Municipalities across Saskatchewan continue to face an ongoing shortage of qualified and experienced municipal administrators. Following a comprehensive recruitment process, the Town determined that the most effective way to ensure strong administrative leadership was to engage a team with the breadth of skills, certification, and capacity required to meet Radisson’s current and future needs.
Mayor Duane Flath and Council expressed strong support for the new partnership:
“We have had a long and difficult search in recruiting a Town Administrator and are excited to bring Prairie Rising in. They bring a certified Administrator and a team with a tremendous amount of experience and education to our organization.”
The Town of Radisson extends its sincere appreciation to Assistant Administrator Bernice Baker for her ongoing dedication, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining municipal operations throughout this transition. With Prairie Rising joining the organization, Radisson now benefits from a robust, skilled, and collaborative administrative team dedicated to supporting Council, serving residents, and strengthening the municipality’s long‑term success.
