Saskatchewan Municipal Board has approved
Water & Sewer Bylaw 1-2019
Effective November 1, 2019, the following changes to the Water & Sewer Bylaw come into effect
- Water bills are due within the month they are rendered – Previously there was 31 days from the billing date to pay. With the changes, a bill sent in January is due by January 31, 2020
- 5% Interest will be charged at the end of each month on any amounts outstanding. Previously, no interest or charges were applied
- Accounts will be disconnected after Sixty-One (61) days of the billing date and will be turned on only after payment of all arrears, interest and $50.00 fee for re-connection.
